Function and Characteristics
1. The manipulator clips the bag-open-coding-opening-fill consolidate-heat sealing-forming-output;
2. Totally automatically controlled by computer. Adopting imported PLC and actuator, operate reliably and safely, maintain easily, without pollution;
3. The main machine that adopts frequency converter to regulate the speed;
4. The shaping step is especially designed to keep the sealing from breaking, so the sealing is flat and smooth;
5. The machine adopts advanced plastic spraying technology, while the parts that contact the materials choose stainless steel. So with a good standard hygiene, anti corrosive and long use life;
6. According to the packing materials' demands, can choose automatic metering mechanism, automatic screw filling machine, intelligent function scale and or her products suitable for automatically metering, which combined into an automatic assembly line (Also can pack through hand giving material);
7. Safety device: No bag mo heat sealing alarming as soon as heater is stopped. The machine corrects by itself, when in the abnormal air pressure;
8. The machine moving parts adopt imported plastic bearing, no need to put on oil. No maintenance, less pollution.
